Wow! I haven't written in this thing forever. Quite frankly, I think I saturated myself with Supernatural (and yes, it's possible). I know I'll get beaten down for this from whomever happens to read this, but I haven't seen a single episode of Season 4 except for the first one!!! Scheduling conflicts have definitely mitigated this for the most part, but honestly, I haven't been frantically searching the torrent sites, etc for downloads like I used to. Anyway - that long rant over, I decided to take a break from studies and my residency to head to Chi-town for some fun and to see some of the friends that I have met through this fandom.

I did a mini-update at my LJ about the recent storm that went through and spawned tornadoes, killing 2 in Kansas (not in Manhattan, thank goodness), about my sunflowers, lazy dogs, and an audition.

I've just made a half-trans-continental move from Florida to Kansas... and here's the saga. It'll take you about a year to read, so save it for a rainy day! Threw in some pics to break up the monotony!

Wow. I never, in a million years, thought I'd be going to a sci-fi convention... but wonders never cease!!! I attended EyeCon in Orlando on April 4-6 and it was SUCH a blast - I can't believe all these sci-fi people have been hiding what a great event that is for all this time (LOL!)
Here's my adventures for the weekend! I've included pics most other reviews of the con probably won't include - since my pics of the stars suuuuucked... big time. That's what I get for getting Row K. Blech!!!

Since Jericho has already finished shooting their second season (which is, sadly, a staggering 7 episodes long), we will get to see the entire thing next year!
That, and the few episodes of Supernatural that we'll have to cling to... will hopefully get us through... hopefully.

I want to work on a series of stationeries - the 12 Days of Christmas, Supernatural Style! I was also thinking of making actual cards from them and sending them to the show... Since we don't have much time left, I need to start working on it right away!!!
Anyway - I have ideas for the following days - but I need help with the others... can you guys help me out!???

Here's the days I have so far - and the titles will be appropriately 12 Days of Christmassed when it's all done... lol!
Day 1 - 1 show
Day 2 - 2 brothers
Day 3 - 3 seasons
*Day 4 - Hunters at the Devil's Gate when it opened (Dean/Sam/Bobby/Ellen)
*Day 5 - Psychic kids in AHBL1/2 (Ava/Lily/Sam/Jake/Andy)
Day 6 -
Day 7 - 7 deadly sins
Day 8 -
Day 9 -
*Day 10- Episodes that Bobby is in!
Day 11-
*Day 12- 12 months left for Dean
I was wondering if anyone knew how many times Sam has been choked (unfortunately, I have a feeling that it's more than 12!)? And how many times Dean has been knocked unconscious? (I would need the ep names too for screen caps)...
I think there were 5 evil kids in AHBL, right? So that could be Day 5. Someone mentioned how many bullets were in the colt originally - but I think there were 7, right? And the Deadly Sins is just too good to pass up!!! How many changelings were there in TKAA???
Any other numbered things we can come up with???
